The Fumeihua Multi-Door Compact HPL Locker is designed for commercial projects that require a large number of individual storage compartments within a limited space.
Combining compact HPL panels with an aluminum profile frame, the locker provides a modular storage system suitable for staff changing rooms, factories, schools, offices, sports facilities and other shared environments.
The illustrated configuration features 42 individually numbered compartments, with each compartment equipped with its own lock. Locker dimensions, compartment quantities, colors and lock options can be customized according to different project requirements.
Compact HPL Panels with Aluminum Profile Construction
The locker combines compact HPL panels with aluminum profiles to create a practical modular cabinet structure.
Instead of relying on one panel thickness throughout the entire cabinet, different HPL thicknesses are selected according to the function of each component.
The 12mm compact HPL doors and bottom panels are used in areas requiring a more substantial panel structure, while 8mm panels are used for the top, shelves and end panels. 4mm HPL panels are used for the back and internal divisions.
Together with the aluminum profile system, this configuration helps balance structural requirements, material use and overall cabinet weight.
Why Use Different HPL Thicknesses in One Locker?
Not every part of a locker performs the same structural function, so using the same panel thickness throughout the cabinet is not always necessary.
Fumeihua uses different compact HPL thicknesses according to the function and position of each component.
The frequently operated door panels use 12mm HPL, while the top, shelves and end panels use 8mm HPL. The back and internal division panels use 4mm HPL.
This function-specific panel configuration helps avoid unnecessary material use while maintaining the required structure for each part of the locker.
